We will process your personal data to the extent that you have provided it to us in connection with your visit to the Influcon.cz website and the purchase of tickets to Influcon conferences. To the greatest extent possible, this includes: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and bank account or credit card number. The minimum scope of personal data that we reserve as a condition for entering into a contract and within which you are obliged to provide your personal data consists of the following personal data: name and surname, e-mail address.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The purpose of processing personal data is:
i. delivery of the ticket to the purchaser and sending information about changes concerning the conference,
ii. identifying the purchaser in the event of complaints, cancellations or changes to the conference,
iii. sending newsletters (commercial communications of World of Online, s.r.o.).
LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is your consent.
PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We will process your personal data for the above purpose:
i. no longer than 12 months after the conference in case you have not consented to receive newsletters,
ii. no longer than 2 years from the last time you opened the newsletter or until you withdraw your consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an e-mail from the e-mail address for which you have given your consent or by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be processed in addition to the controller for the purposes described above in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
